MU Health Care in Columbia has hundreds of open vaccine appointments –

Our earlier story, posted at 12:30 p.m.COLUMBIA, Mo.– Hospital officials here revealed Thursday they are trying to fill “hundreds” of open vaccine appointment slots today.” This opportunity is the outcome of effectively shrinking varieties of eligible unvaccinated people and an increasing supply of vaccine doses,” read a press release about the statement sent to reporters throughout the state.Those who fulfill current state eligibility requirements, such as those over age 65 or with high-risk conditions, can check out to arrange an appointment. Slots are readily available for Friday, March 5, through Sunday, March 7. The doses are offered by University of Missouri Health Care at its vaccination website: the Walsworth Family Columns Club at MUs football stadium. The website allows for appropriate spacing and minimal wait times, authorities said.
